The Art as a Medium to Heal program guides and helps clients move from where they are to where they want to be. Together we establish trust and uncover the deep dark secrets by peeling back each layer of the onion to expose the areas in life that can be holding us hostage or limiting us within life. No age is outside of the areas that need help in today's world, as I have helped kids, teens, and adults within this program.

Putting it all into words can be difficult when we start to talk about and address what's really happening, and art is one of the many powerful tools used within this program to help get the words out and start the healing process. 

When people are chronically stuck, they live in a state of denial or embarrassment, which makes them heavy to be around and difficult to attempt to help. Or, they learn to endure dutifully the hardships and consequences of their problems. A common thread here is that they are unable to get out of these problems and issues on their own. 

Who are my clients?

• This customized boutique program helps and guides women, men, young adults, and teens who are struggling in life. Client needs span many areas which include mental, physical, emotional, family, trauma, addiction, illness, career, or any other areas that can affect life as we know it.

• Clients are guided using multiple tools during each session and in between sessions to understand what’s happening on the inside. We tap into your internal and emotional mindset, so you can talk about it, work through it to release it, and heal from whatever is trapping you, causing fear, holding you hostage, cutting off your voice, keeping you stuck or stagnant in life.

Program Highlights

• 6-month / 12-month programs Clients can be from any location and this program is a mixture of scheduled live in-person connect sessions and weekly phone sessions. Clients are guided to overcome a multitude of limitations they are feeling in their lives, whether mental or physical, so they can tap into the possibility of a life that is bright and thriving instead of just surviving.

• 30-day in-person intensive program is for clients who find themselves in dire circumstances, need immediate help, and want to go all in. This intensive program is a fully guided total immersion into your body’s untapped healing potential, so your body and mind can release what is binding you and regain your life and health. (3 hrs a day, 7 days a week)
